HOW AN LED MIRROR COMES TOGETHER

A practical workflow from components to packed product

Each order starts with confirmed dimensions, frame finish, lighting and optional functions. Production then follows controlled preparation, assembly, inspection and packing steps.

Aluminum Profile Preparation

Profiles are measured and cut for the confirmed mirror dimensions before frame preparation and joining.

Mirror Glass Processing

Mirror glass is cut to shape, edge-worked and cleaned to prepare a smooth, accurate surface for assembly.

LED & Component Assembly

LED lighting, driver, wiring and selected functions are arranged according to the confirmed product specification.

Appearance & Assembly Check

The assembled mirror is checked for visible defects, frame fit, cleanliness and overall finish.

Lighting & Function Check

Illumination and configured functions are checked before packing.

Protective Packaging

Protective film, foam and corner protection are applied before shipment.
